Mercy me, sakes alive, and carrot coffee! Greenberg is at it again! At what? Of using every verbal trick in his considerable bag to indicate that the GOP, the party of No, No, No, is really the party of loyal opposition! Loyal opposition, my elbow!
This contention is, in fact, nothing more than Karl Rovian, male bovinian garden fertilizer! They say NO to everything that the Democrats propose, regardless of the merits thereof!
He says, “What this administration needs most of all is a stronger opposition”!
A close look reveals that representing us, we have 100 senators and 435 congressmen, for a total of 535. And we have a rule in place that will let 41 senators, less than 8% of the total of 535, block anything that the Democrats propose, regardless the size of their majority ! How much stronger does he want the opposition to be?
In regard to our present economy, with problems too numerous to mention, he says, “Blanche Lincoln certainly is not responsible for this whole mess”. No she is not, but George W. Bush, the GOP and its pup, The Tea Party, and John Boozman are, and on NOV. 2ND voters, as their best defense against utter chaos, should vote for Democrats.
Further, he says, “But instead of bringing us together, this president and his party have kept us apart”. It is the party of NO, NO, NO that has kept us apart!
Vote against the puppet Boozman!
